Refund policy
Monarq is built on intention, not impulse.
Each Monarq timepiece is produced in limited quantities and allocated individually to each client. Every order is prepared specifically for its owner. For this reason, all sales are final once an order is confirmed.
No Refunds or Returns
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. This policy ensures fairness to all clients, maintains the exclusivity of our releases, and protects the integrity of limited production pieces.
We strongly encourage all clients to review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before completing their purchase. Monarq is not mass-produced — each piece is intentionally selected.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at monarqwatch@gmail.com with supporting photos and order details.
Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through repair or replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
Exceptions
- Sale items, limited releases, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds or returns
- Gift cards are non-refundable
